काश कभी तुम्हे दो पल रोक कर दिल का हाल सुनाया होता तो आज शायद कुछ अलग होता। काश उस दिन तुमसे नज़रे मिलाई होती तो शायद आज कुछ अलग होता।  काश उस दिन थोड़ी और हिम्मत दिखाई होती तो शायद आज कुछ अलग होता।  काश पहले से पता होता की तुम्हे दूर से चाहना दिन-ब -दिन मुश्किल हो जाएगा तो शायद आज कुछ अलग होता।  काश तुम मेरी आँखों की वो अनकही बाते पढ़ लेते तो शायद आज कुछ अलग होता।  काश यू तुम्हे दूर ना किया होता खुद से तो शायद आज कुछ अलग होता।  काश तुम्हे एक बार कहा होता की टूट रही हूँ अंदर से मैं तो शायद आज कुछ अलग होता।  काश एक बार तुमने पूछा होता हमसे तो शायद आज कुछ अलग।  काश उस दिन तुम्हे सच बताया होता तो शायद आज कुछ अलग होता।  काश ये काश वो !! काश हम काश तुम !! तो शायद आज हम कुछ अलग होते।  तो शायद आज तुम कुछ अलग होते।  तो शायद आज हम अलग ना होते !! एक झूठ कहा था तुमसे इसीलिए  नहीं की प्यार नहीं था तुमसे शायद इसीलिए क्योकि प्यार में दूर जाते तुम्हे देख नहीं सकती थी। तुम्हारी नफरत को सही समझकर बस ये चाहा की तुम सिर्फ मुझसे बस नफरत करो क्युकी तुम्हारा प्यार नहीं था मेरे लिए।  उस प्यार की हक़दार नहीं थी मैं। दूर तो जाना ही था तुम्हे क्युकी तुम्हारे सपने बड़े थे। पर थोड़ी खुदगर्ज़ मैं भी हूँ। तुम्हारा जाना भले ही मुझे तुम्हारे सामने बुरा बना दे पर दुःख नहीं होगा मुझे।  जानते हो क्यों! क्युकी तुम्हे कामयाब देखना हैं मुझे। महान नहीं बना हैं मुझे पर तुमसे दूर रहकर शायद खुद को ढूंढ़ना हैं मुझे। तुमसे दूर रहकर शायद खुश ना रह पाऊ मैं।  पर हैं तुम्हारी जगह किसी को नहीं दूंगी मैं। कमी तुम्हे नहीं शायद मुझमें में ही कुछ रही होगी वरना तुमसे अच्छा कोई था क्या कोई ?!
