Self Respect, Self Esteem, Personal Dignity

One of the most important element in everybody's life.
While some people risk their jobs and career for the sake of their dignity. There are some losing it for the sake of holding onto someone in their life, or just for the sake of showing people that things are working perfectly.

Friends!! Though I wanted to write on this topic from quite a time. There was always something or other which kept holding me back!
Summing up all your thoughts and writing them for the people to read is quite a difficult task but when I have an audience of such wonderful readers I love to do such difficult tasks.

Self Respect :
It defines you and your standards.

 "Don't hold onto things/people when they cost your self-esteem"
                                                                           -My Mantra!!

For me, life is nothing but a long journey with a lot of companions where some are constants and some are variables!

To be honest, I have seen people letting their self-respect down for the sake of a person who treats them like hell and gives them a poison with a caramel coating of what they called LOVE!!
And it is very disturbing to see and even to imagine.
Friends!!
No one and nothing costs your self-respect and if you think love costs your life too, well, you are pretty wrong!!
If a person loves you he/she would never let your dignity be affected.

One of the biggest misconceptions of all the time is that first, holding onto them would bring them back and second, you love them that much that you would anything for them.
Clear it, man!!
If holding on to things/people would it/them back and this would be called love, they would not have even left you in the moment.
Doing anything includes what exactly?!  Whatever it may include but guys it does not include losing your self-esteem.

And friends, open your heart and say everything in his/her face and let the power of communication play its role. Moreover, communicating does not only reduces misconceptions but also saying things in the right place saves you from a lot of bad things in the future.

Hello Pretty People!! La vie is the French word for "Life" I happen to visit a cancer hospital today and to be honest, I happen to forget all my misery after seeing that of the patients. I was sitting in the waiting area when a young girl about 9-year-old passed by me sitting in a wheelchair and the nurse pushing the wheelchair. Her wheelchair stopped at the reception and the nurse got busy with some documents. We both looked at each other pretending we didn't. I don't know what she thought but I was completely lost in my own thoughts about how life could be so unfair, about how she might be feeling, about how short life could and about the fact that life is so unpredictable. Change : All what you need to know.

One thing that life taught me was "Nothing is Absolute" and "Change is necessary". Then why do people poke me and ask why have I changed over time? Wasn't change mandatory or they missed that lesson of life?? People come and go, and of course, the ones who stay, change over time.
