Talk it out.

Life may or may not always give you what you ask for, I can't complain, rather I just accept everything, I face all the problems life throws at me. We can't do much, actually nothing when you continue to hold back what you feel. It's necessary to say what you feel.
Holding back of emotions may make you look emotionally stable on the outside but deep down, you know the truth. Emotional stability doesn't come with a smile or so, well I manage to smile even when my mind and heart are all messed up, I know faking a smile is far more easy than actually talking about stuff which continues to bother you. There are things which tend to suffocate us, make us highly prone to emotional breakdowns. Stress, pressure and constant negative comments and statements about oneself are highly damaging and do nothing but adds up to the issue of emotional instability.
It might be okay to cry, well, no one is here to judge, but it's not okay to only cry. You need to say and talk about the things which lead to such an emotional breakdown. Friends, family, teachers, counselors, or anyone trustworthy and well-read person would do it.
Exams, work pressure, peer pressure and what not just keeps on adding to the list of Millenials.
Parents out there need to understand that their kids are a lot different from them when they were their age. It's NOT okay to compare your kid to ANYONE. I may not sound like not appropriate saying this but yes, the world is changing and so is the mindset of everyone. We are surrounded by gadgets and machines, but we are not one of them. Emotions are required to talk about. They deserve to be shared.
Nothing kills more than silence and this surely is apt to the topic.
We end up affecting people deep down even we really intend to, we do scar people unknowingly, words do hurt more than actions. We really need to think before we say and yes, sometimes the closed ones hurt the most. Humans tend to heal themselves but what if when the environment one is living is unhealing and rather more damaging. We need to create a healthy environment everywhere, healthy enough to make people feel warm and safe, warm and trusting enough that people could walk up to you and strike a conversation.
A smile is harmless, rather goes a long way. A kind deed would make someone smile and would surely make you feel about yourself. The feeling of warmth within is contagious.

This Year-End, let's make our surroundings a better place to live in. Let's wish people a Happy New Year, not through messages only and not only to the ones we know but to everyone. I guess the new year is for everyone out there, and it's not our duty but courtesy to wish everyone a Happy New Year.

I hope all your problems find their solutions and you get your share of happiness.
Happy New Year Readers.

Smile, for now, frown maybe later or never.
